1. Who controls your information
YoGangMusic LLC, Belleville, Illinois, operates MusicWorkHub and is responsible for the information described in this policy. Contact us at hello@claydirt.radio.
2. Information we collect
We collect account identity details supplied through sign-in, including email and available display name; selected account role; campaign records; music and release links; task claims, submissions, approval history, and earnings records; support messages; payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers; and technical records needed for security, reliability, and fraud prevention.
3. Payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment credentials. MusicWorkHub receives transaction status, customer contact details, package metadata, amounts, and identifiers needed to create and administer campaigns. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
4. How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide role-specific dashboards, fulfill campaigns, match and review work, record earnings, answer support requests, process or investigate payments and refunds, prevent duplicate accounts and fraud, maintain security, comply with law, and improve platform operations.
5. When information is shared
Information may be shared with workers or artists only as needed for a campaign; with Stripe for payment processing; with OpenAI and the Sites hosting infrastructure for sign-in, hosting, and platform operation; with service providers acting under our instructions; or when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce agreements, respond to lawful requests, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Retention and security
We retain records while an account or campaign is active and afterward as reasonably needed for support, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling. We apply role-based access, HTTPS transport, provider-managed payment security, signed webhook verification, and restricted admin access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting Hermes Support. Some records may be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud, security, dispute, or legal purposes. You can stop using the service and sign out at any time. Browser and provider settings may control certain cookies or authentication sessions.
8. Children
MusicWorkHub is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Platform accounts and paid work require users to be at least 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied personal information.
9. Data incidents and updates
If a security incident affects protected personal information, we will investigate and provide notices as required by applicable law, including Illinois requirements where applicable. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date.
