1. Agreement and operator
MusicWorkHub is operated by YoGangMusic LLC in Belleville, Illinois (“YoGangMusic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the platform, creating an account, purchasing a campaign, claiming a task, or submitting work, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Platform purpose
MusicWorkHub connects artists and labels purchasing defined music-promotion support with workers completing genuine human assignments. Services may include feedback, metadata checks, research, content concepts, page testing, tagging, moderation, and campaign assistance. We do not sell or guarantee streams, followers, playlist placement, chart position, or other artificial engagement.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your sign-in account, and use only one account unless we approve otherwise. Roles and dashboard permissions are enforced by the platform. You may not access another user’s records, impersonate another person, automate abusive activity, evade quality controls, or attempt to reach the owner-only admin area.
4. Artist campaigns
Artists purchase the package and deliverables shown at checkout. Campaign funds are not wages owed to a specific worker until work is assigned, submitted, reviewed, and approved. Campaign timing depends on scope, worker availability, required information, and review cycles. Artists must own or have permission to submit all music, artwork, links, and promotional materials.
5. Worker assignments
Workers may claim eligible tasks without paying deposits or unlock fees. Each assignment states its deliverable and offered earning. Work must be original, useful, lawful, and completed personally unless collaboration is expressly allowed. Submitted work may be approved, returned for revision, rejected for material noncompliance, or investigated for fraud. Approved earnings are recorded in the platform; workers remain responsible for taxes and any reporting obligations applicable to them.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users may not submit fake engagement, bots, spam, deceptive reviews, copyrighted material without authorization, malware, unlawful content, harassment, payment fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulated task evidence, or content designed to evade platform or third-party rules. We may suspend access, withhold disputed amounts pending review, remove content, or cooperate with payment providers and lawful authorities.
7. Payments, fees, and refunds
Artist payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. MusicWorkHub does not store full card numbers. Prices and included services appear before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes do not eliminate obligations for services already delivered or fraudulently obtained.
8. Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of materials they submit. You grant YoGangMusic a limited license to host, reproduce, review, and share those materials only as needed to operate the campaign, perform support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Platform branding, software, layout, policies, and original materials belong to YoGangMusic or its licensors.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, campaign outcomes, worker availability, audience response, revenue, placement, or third-party platform decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoGangMusic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid campaign will not exceed the amount paid for that campaign, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
10. Disputes and Illinois law
Contact Hermes Support first so we can review records and attempt a practical resolution. These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction serving St. Clair County, Illinois, unless consumer law requires another venue.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to hello@claydirt.radio.
